I chose to do my November culture project on François Mitterrand why i chose him was because i want to know more about a President of another country besides America.He was the 21st President of France and ex official Co-Prince of Andorra, serving from 1981 until 1995. He was born October 26, 1916 in Jarnac, France. He died January 08, 1996 in Paris, France.
