I chose my topic of the french basketball because of my interest in basketball. It is interesting to see other countries playing the sport us Americans love so much, learning about the different teams and leagues in France really took my interest.

The LNB league is one of the more popular leagues in France, branching out with more than 15 pro teams there is a lot of competition as they all fight season to season for the honor of being called champions. LNB stands for "League Nationale de Basket". On the site given, you can check out all of the different teams, rosters, schedules, and ticket prices. All teams play each other twice in the regular season. In the playoffs teams play a series to the best of 5. (first team to 3 wins is the victor) Every year's championship is suspenseful and amazing to watch.
