I'm interested in running, so I looked for a large running event that takes place in France. And I found Marathon de Paris. Marathon de Paris Important Info ( www.parismarathon.com/marathon/2014/us/r4_faq.html ) In this link one will find the frequently asked questions that are highly important to know before anyone can compete in the race. This link is apart of the official site for this particular annual race. At this site one can venture off and find the course map that will show them different parts of the city that are apart of the race to keep it interesting. The Breakfast Race ( www.990square.com/2011/04/the-paris-breakfast-run/ ) A day before the famous Marathon de Paris there is a “breakfast” 5k race for marathoners and non-marathoners. One has the opportunity to either run this as part of his marathon pre-race strategy or just for fun. This site gives you an idea of someone’s personal experience before, during, and after the run. At the end of this breakfast race each contestant receives water, bananas, and muffins. Le Marathoon ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpLCi0kaiA8 ) This is a YouTube link that will give you a preview of the events that the children will participate in due to the fact that they won’t run the Paris marathon. This activity will also take place a day before Marathon de Paris.

I loved the video of the kids events at the marathon. They are so cute!! It was also fun to hear the woman speaking French.

I like running too, and this was really cool! Still hard to understand what people are saying, but overall I liked it!

I don't like running, but I admire people who do. The breakfast marathon seems like a cool idea. This is a fabulous report I think.

I like that you connected your report with what you like to do. I loved watching the kids running. It was adorable how some of them were trying so hard. ^-^ I really liked learning more about some marathons in France.
