I am interested in and LOVE basketball. So my topic will be on the French basketball team. The team name was The Blues because their jerseys were blue also.

In this link there is some background info on how how basketball team started. So the teams uniforms are white with a blue line on the shorts and the jersey. A interesting fact is that a player in the U.S, who is on the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA, is on that french team because he had originated from France. His name is Tony Parker, his jersey number is 9. So I have started you guys off and you guys should go and explore that website. TEAM PLAYER INFO
On this website there is the info of the players that were on the 2012 France National Team. This year mostly all of the players came back. Like Tony Parker who i was talking about in my last paragraph. A interesting fact is that Tony Parker was in the NBA Finals this year back in June, and now he was playing on the French basketball team. Wow he is very active. Another fact on the website is that most of the players on that team are from all over the U.S.A. So that website is small but gives you a idea on what the french team looked like. Have fun!

I only know Tony Parker because he dated or was married to the brunette Desperate Housewife (I don't remember her name), so it's cool to know that he is actually known for and has talent in something other than getting media attention.
